What is UPS?

UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply) is translated into Chinese as "不 interruptible power supply ". It is a device that contains an energy storage device (usually a battery), with an inverter as the core component, and the output voltage and frequency can only fluctuate within the allowable range.

The UPS system is composed of a main unit and a battery. It has three basic functions: voltage stabilization, filtering, and uninterrupted operation.
When powered by the mains power, it functions as a voltage stabilizer and filter, which can eliminate or weaken the interference of the mains power, ensure the normal operation of the equipment, and charge the battery at the same time.

When the mains power is interrupted (such as due to an accident power outage), it acts as an uninterruptible power supply. It discharges from the battery and then converts the direct current into stable and impure alternating current through an inverter, enabling the load to maintain normal operation and protecting the load's software and hardware from damage.
